my coach told me to end things with my girlfriend (f19) to protect my (m18) boxing career. looking for advice on how to handle this.

Tl;dr: My coach told me to break up with my girlfriend because her heavy drug use risks my amateur status and my dream of making the Olympics. I need advice on how to handle this situation.

For context, I’m an amateur open-weight boxer. My one and only dream all my life has been to make it to the Olympics and eventually transition to a professional career. I train incredibly hard for around 22 hours and 30 minutes a week not including road work outside the gym to make this happen.

The girl I am currently seeing does a lot of drugs. Recently, one of my head coaches sat me down and told me that being around her is a massive liability. He pointed out that if we ever get stopped and searched by the police and they find Class A or B drugs on her, my amateur career could be instantly destroyed. If I get a criminal record, my Olympic and professional dreams are completely over.
My coach told me he doesn’t want to risk my future and strongly advised that it’s best I cut her loose.

This is all I want in life and I’m willing to do anything to get it. I really care about her, but my career and my dream mean everything to me. How do I navigate this situation appropriately? I am looking for advice on whether I should try to talk to her about cleaning up, or is the safest move for my future is to end the relationship???

How can I lose fat as fast and effectively as possible and do I have potential

Hey everyone,

•I am an 18 year old male, 6'6" (198 cm), currently weighing 120kg (264 lbs). I took just under a year off from the gym, and my physique has slipped

•My goal is to return to amateur boxing much lighter, better conditioned, and with a more aesthetic physique. I am fully willing to endure grueling workouts or strict routines to fix this

My questions:

•what’s the optimal amount of protein and calories I should be taking, I’m not currently doing any sports and my main goal is to lose as much fat as possible.

••I’ve suffered from shin splints not too long ago due to running and jogging. What cardio could I do instead of running that wouldn’t put pressure on my joints

•how many days a week should I train and what should I do in the gym

•My diet is extremely poor, in a single day I’ll probably have a chocolate bar, candies, a bag of crisps or chips, an energy drink and 3-4 slices of pizza.
