Has anyone had issues getting TrueBlue credit for United flights on United metal?

This year, I have flown four itineraries that were on United metal, and all four had my TrueBlue numbers associated with the reservations. Of those four itineraries, only two have received TrueBlue points and tiles; the others have not, and requests for points on those flights have been denied. These were not codeshare flights, but domestic United flights on their planes.
