I’m so confused

I’m currently on CD 20 of a very irregular cycle. I got off depo a little more than a year ago. My doc suggested mira so I can know when I ovulate. I have no clue how to read this and I asked chat gpt. It said that I ovulated already. Tbh I just want a baby and my hormones are everywhere. Send help.

I got off depo about a year ago and have been having issues with pinpointing my ovulation since my cycle came back.
My doctor suggested Mira to be able to find out my levels on a more consistent basis than coming in everyday for a blood draw.
Luckily, my monitor came on cycle day two so I’m getting a full cycle with Mira from the start.

Can someone explain this to me?
