Here we go again!

I was in wegovy & zepbound for a little over a year but didn’t take it seriously. Still ate what I wanted, so naturally I barely lost any weight- but quality of life was great because the food noise was gone. Then insurance stopped covering, so I was off it for a bit. Then I tried the wegovy pill for a few months and was trying, but it wasn’t very effective because of the nature of the pill, but still lost about 10 pounds.

Now my insurance is covering the injections again, and I just did my first shot last night! I’m going to keep being serious this time around to get the most benefit from it, I’ve been counting my calories, prioritizing protein (literally I used to eat maybe 30 grams a day, lately I’ve been getting almost 100 and it’s hard lol).

Prioritize protein, fiber, water.
Any other tips I may have missed?

Starting 4 tomorrow

Long story short, I was on wegovy and then zepbound for over a year. As of January I had stopped because of insurance, then recently decided to try to pill. 1.4 did almost nothing for me, so I took a few weeks off after running out going back and forth trying to decide if I wanted to give it another try with the 4mg dose.. gave in and I’ll be starting it tomorrow. I might not lose weight on it but at least it will hopefully kill all the food noise. Everyone wish me luck!
