Purchase spare parts (Robin Moondrop)
Does anyone know if you can buy spare parts. I recently got a the Robin Moondrop earbuds "JP Ver" off a dealer on shopee, but only the left earbud seem to be unable to charge. I've already clean the pins, tried resetting, etc. I was given the choice by the seller to refund back half the price of the earbuds (without sending it back) or refund full price (with sending it back). Im wondering whether I'm able to contact moondrop themselves to buy JUST the left earbud, or in any way recieve the left bud from them
