SRS is literally financially impossible
Like let's say I go the "cheap" route and get it in Thailand for $20k and I save that over the course of 2-4 years. That's $5-$10k/yr or $425-$850 to save per month.
Now the problem is where's that money going to come from? Like even if I make $20/hr, post tax that's only $2500/mo. Rent is like 1250 minimum so we're already down to half, maybe you can do food for $250/mo if you save so now we're down to $1,000, car payment/insurance/gas to get to your job is another $500, cell phone/internet is at least $150, utilities are probably like $200 so now there's only $150 left a month and that would just be with basic stuff and not including obvious stuff you'd need to buy just to exist or cover misc expenses and don't even think you have enough money leftover for health insurance.
So now we've established that there's absolutely no way to save for surgeries without actually making I'd guess at least $50k/yr+ mimimum, and meanwhile I'm just stuck working bullshit jobs and have no chance of ever getting a decent one that will ever let me save up for anything.
Getting SRS is literally financially impossible, and yah I've basically spent my whole life trying to cut corners on costs by living in cheap slums, not owning a car, starving, and not buying anything, but even with all that it's literally still not feasible and this is no way to go through life.
