I’ve been using .25 and then .05 for a couple years on n off, but for the past year I’ve been using .05 pretty regularly without taking long breaks. I’m gona start using .1 and I know I need to keep my skin hydrated otherwise I flake like crazy . Actually I still flake but I just put moisturizer on it during the day 1-2x and it helps.
But for anyone on .1 other than flaking have u experienced anything else?
Btw I use it for anti aging, I don’t have any acne, never have. Skin is dehydrated/ dry to normal.

Hey sorry if this is posted in the wrong community… but I have champVA from my husband. I’ve been going to physical therapy for about a year and every time I go I pay my 25% and then get a letter in the mail from the VA explaining what they paid , how much it actually was etc (I know the paper lol).
Well This time I got the same looking paper, but where it usually says like “insurance paid” & “patient paid” and the amounts, this time they both said $0.00 which I’m taking it as the insurance did not pay for that session….
I tried calling yesterday (Friday) but they were closed ofc in observance of the 4th (today). And I’m spiraling bc I can’t pay the $211 the physical therapy session was!! (I usually pay around $25). And if they’re no longer going to pay, I won’t be able to go to my PT anymore…. 😒
And this spiraling is causing anxiety so I figured I’d ask here to see if anyone understands or knows what this means? (I hope at least 1 person !!)
