I just discovered the DC Finest line and have loved the first one I got. I become a comic reader around the start of the New 52 so I have never read the comics that came out pre 2012 (except for Geoff John's GL rebirth run and Flash rebirth)

These DC Finest are so cool and look great, I think I want to only collect pre New 52 stuff in this format. I did recently purchase the Kyle Rainer compendium, but I think I want to return it while I can and wait (and hope) for a DC Finest.

Also, does anyone think any of the DC Finest will go out of print or be hard to find eventually?

Justice League New 52 Vol 1 is my first Omnibus and Vol 2 is on the way.

I am really only interested in the main JL and would like to follow a reading order and events. I see the Synder's JL has a couple of omnis but I don't see any for the Rebirth era.

So my question is, what is the proper reading order after JL New 52 Vol 2 and what is collected in an omni as compared to TPB etc. I would also like to read events that are JL centric so if they aren't collected in a JL book (like how Forever Evil is in the New 52 omni) how should I collect these events and where do they fit in the reading order?

I was into comics around the new 52 start and then kind of fell off for about 10 years. I have the itch to go back and read some of the stuff I have but I want to focus on going character to character instead of overwhelming myself (which might be the reason I stopped in the first place). I want to start with Green Arrow.

Can someone help if this looks right based on what I should collect and what order it should be in and if I am missing anything.

1. Golden Age Omnibus

2. Longbow Hunters Omnibus Vol 1 & 2 (I see this is out of print so I hope it comes back, how often do omnibuses come back in print?)

3. Archer's Quest Omnibus Vol 1 (and hopefully 2 at some point)

4. Green Arrow/Black Canary Series (I have the TPB starting with "Road to the Alter" and ending with "Five Stages") (Should I try to read Cry For Justice and Rise and Fall here too?)

5. Brightest Day (I have the 2 TPB for this)

6. New 52 (I have TPB Vol 1-6, need to get the rest)

7. Rebirth (I have TPB Vol 1 only)

8. Dawn of DC/All in (It looks like this is a completed series at this point)

I will probably start reading at the New 52 and go back once the stuff is more readily available but I might buy the Golden Age omni as my first ever and read it as I work through the New 52 and forward
