I just came to know the service cost of my ultraviolete X47 after free service and it's absurdly high. While all other EV manufacturers are providing low cost service below 1000₹ ultraviolete is going 3000+ and thats not even with parts that's basic labor at 3000 just to check the EV. I want to know what's special in ultraviolete bikes that a dozen other EV manufacturers doesn't need to check to cost them 3000 labor for routine service

I have been using my X47 in rain for the past 2 weeks and the there is a very noticeable range drop in the rain. Even if it's not raining and the road is just wet the efficiency shoots up 3-4 wh/km for no reason. Anyone else experiencing this ?
