Hey guys, if your pain disappears close to completely before you go to sleep and when you’re very relaxed is it still NPDH?
I also have ear pain now that’s appeared as a new symptom and also disappears when I sleep.

I’m after some advice. I have been dealing with daily headaches/ head pressure/ ear pain for coming up to two years now.
I’m functional to a degree but in pain of some sort every day from it.
No medications have been affective so far apart from Xanax. Which for whatever reason completely take the pain out temporarily. Not a fix by any means.
The pain does go when I fall asleep at this stage.
I wondered if anyone had had relief from headaches from ibogaine?
The matter has taken a big tole on my mental health over the two year period.

I just wondered what all of your experiences were with Botox?
My London based neurologist says it’s what he thinks will help me above all else.
Ironically my headaches started after a cosmetic Botox treatment. I’m honestly nervous because for each good review I’ve read I’ve also read pretty much a horror story.
I brought this up with him but was quite surprised that he basically made out there was no risk to it. Even what I flagged the negative reviews.
Any experiences would be welcome.

About two years ago a headache started for me that has been constant since.
Along with this headache I also started getting low level tinnitus.
Recently I’ve been experiencing fullness in the ear along with the tinnitus.
I understand it’s a fairly common symptom. It tends to come and go with stress/anxiety for me.
It’s not present at night. I wondered if anyone had had success with medication for this?
I’m started wearing a tmj splint but no change so far. I’m also taking Qulipta and migraine medication but again no change so far.
I’ve heard the likes of Amitriptyline could help
I’m naturally concerned about taking ssri or snris just in case of making the tinnitus worse.
But keen to hear if anyone has had similar experiences?
