Does anyone have any tips how to get proper support help for an social club / account issue?

I tried using the form, I get redirected to the same form link and my ticket gets closed.

I'm pretty sure that are bots.

I tried it multiple times and contacting via mail, they don't care what I write they just redirect to the same sh*t and close my tickets.

My rockstar acc is not unavailable for me, because I lost access to the mail. I still play on PS5, but can't use social club or anything rockstar acc related.
