For those of you who have been in China long term. How do you handle health insurance as you get older and premiums start climbing?

Seeing a lot of people in similar situations and curious what others have done.

Train and bus collision in Bangkok

This happened near my apartment. I heard the train driver got charged. Who's at fault here?

60 year old opening book theory from my great grandfather

So I have been digging through my stuff and then I found this. It's an old yugoslav chess book on theory of openings. It made me think about how I don't practice my openings at all, and a few ones that I know I don't study to fullest. How do you guys get better at different openings? Do you even read books like these or just repetition during the playing?

Been living abroad for a bit now and finally sorted proper health insurance after putting it off way too long. Ended up going with Regency and it’s been alright so far, no issues yet.

But I’m curious what everyone else is using?

There are so many options out there (local vs international, travel-style vs full expat cover), it’s honestly a bit of a minefield.

What did you go with and why? Anyone had to actually make a claim?

Would be good to hear some real experiences rather than just marketing stuff.
