Oude wc bril was kapot dus er moest een nieuwe duravit starck 3 bril op maar duravit heeft de bevestiging smaller gemaakt dan het oude exemplaar zichtbaar op de foto. Deze schroef komt er alleen niet uit. Als je eraan draait draait hij gwn rondjes samen met de wc plug en komt niet los.

In the past year i've become more interested in the world of UL hiking. This subreddit played a big part in that proces. During that time i kept running into a common hurdle for me and that was that due to my location (i live in NW Europe) i often times didn't have the same acces to ul brands and cottage gear that people in the US and canada enjoy.
I don't think it's a secret that the UL mindset hasn't reached as many people in Europe as it has in North America. Therefore i have created a document for my own use with brands i encountered that were EU based or international brands that were available via EU sites. Furthermore it contains resources like youtube or lighterpacks that i found interesting. I thought i'd share it here since some people might find it useful especially when starting their search for UL content in Europe. It's obviously not perfect and there could be a lot more brands on here but these reflect my own interests. I would obviously love additions to the list.
Furthermore i've been looking into lightening my shelter since i carry a durston x-mid 2 at the moment. Yes, i fell into the lightweight item's trap by following the advice from more conventional backpacking content creators. Hi everyone, this is my first post here so any mistakes i make please inform me. I’ve been trying to lose weight in my kit to get it sub 10lb and i’ve got a decent idea of the items i need to change. For example the bag, two person tent and rain gear. I’ve also had a good look at cold soaking and when my peanut butter jar’s empty i’ll give it a try.
Items i’m considering at the moment are a hybride from atelier longue distance, a gramexpert or liteway tarp with an aliexpress bivy or nano s2s moscuito net and raingear from rockfront.
I was wondering if people had advice to offer on where to lose weight or gear recommendations that i should consider.
