Having decided that I simply can't afford GRS in the UK I'm looking to go to Thailand next year (Zero Depth Vulvoplasty and Breast Augmentation).

I'm reviewing all the clinics/hospitals I can find and APS is one of them - but reviews are few and far between - primarily, I think, because a large number of their patients are Thai girls. I've only found one post on Reddit and have had a reassuring chat with the author - thank you.

I was wondering if anyone else on here has had surgery there and what was your experience like?

I'm planning to have breast augmentation next year, my surgeon offers four different types - but which one should I choose? The options are

1. Mentor - standard
2. Motiva - standard
3. Mentor - Extra Gel
4. Motiva - Ergonomix
