hey! i own a dell G15 laptop, and this morning, the A key fell off

i, admittedly, don't know much about fixing computers. the laptop seems to have the rubber grip, and i think the hinge is stuck to the back of the key? i tried to line it up and push it back in, but it didn't work

i took it to a repair shop in the area, and they told me i was missing a part, but couldn't tell me which one. i'm really lost... everything i'm seeing online says i just need the rubber, the hinge, and the key, yet it won't work

does anyone know what i'm missing/doing wrong? any help would be appreciated -- i'm clueless!
