45 minutes stood outside in 24c
Wasn’t on the flight but wanted to share and ask why Ryanair do this. I was sitting in a hotel restaurant overlooking the Lux to Barcelona flight which was an hour delay, saw the passengers come out and stand at least 45 minutes outside until they could board.
So, what is the reason for making everyone stand outside in the heat with luggage and small children when they could wait in the terminal instead?
