Does anyone know any employment lawyers that would listen or consider taking on a possible retaliation case? Sprinkled with a little bit of racial discrimination, and a lot of inconsistent policy enforcement among employees? Thank you let me know.
So I got into a super bad accident a little while ago. I went to the tow yard to grab items from my car and just so you know, check the overall look of it. As soon as I open the passenger door, I noticed that the armrest is completely open and everything out of the armrest is gone. When I left my car in the tow truck took it I saw the exact conditions of the car. My armrest was closed and I also had food that I had ordered right before getting to the accident in the passenger seat it was still neatly tucked there(man that would’ve been tasty)
AnyWho, I keep my Canon G7 X in my arm rest, and now all of a sudden, not only is the armrest flung open. There are sunglasses missing plus the Kennedee G7 X, and then the sunglasses are that I guess whoever resected didn’t want our around the car. Now I know this wasn’t an inventory intake because my passport papers which I keep in my trunk.( enclosed.) are in my backseat, wet from the rain because my window smashed. My birth certificate is half ripped and it’s on my passenger seat. My school ID I wasn’t even able to grab because it wasn’t the same armrest but now it’s flung out just like everything else in the armrest and I literally have glass scar cuts attempting to grab it. When I brought this to the very rude female employee, she rushed me out out of the tow yard, and kept honking when I was trying to grab the rest of my belongings.
Can someone help me on what to do next? This is so predatory and it’s just like things keep happening after this accident and I’m almost on the edge.
