Do any medical center employees know why I get denied access to PolicyTech when off site? I can access pretty much everything else using Duo.

Our rural neighborhood is getting fiber internet soon and our current deadbeat ISP (Century link) is deeply uninterested in providing customer service. When the land line got so bad we could barely make a call and we lost all internet, I was able to reduce some static by messing with the wires in the customer side of the NID... Internet is back, but it is still shit. Is there anything else I can try to clear static from the line? AI said the ground wire helps reduce static and I could check that. I have 0 experience with this stuff and thought it was time to ask humans for advice. Thanks!
