I got a mild panic attack last week and ever since my palinopsia has been out of this world. Has this happened to anyone else and did it calm down afterwards? How long usually symptoms stay higher after a panic attack for you?

It was short 30sec-1minute panic so it feels a bit unfair to get stronger symptoms from it.

I'm not stressed/anxious anymore and my snow actually has been more calm than ever so wtf is this disorder seriously.

For how long your symptoms stay flared after stress/panic? It's been a week for me already after a stressful period and my palinopsia is killing me. No signs of symptoms cooling down yet.
