Good provider but the app/website is really bad

I am using Midi in parallel with my gynecologist, and it’s been so far positive on the medical side. My gynecologist was totally open to HRT but is easier for me to “experiment” what’s right for me with my Midi provider. With that said, their website/app (do they even have an app?) is really bad. It is not intuitive, feels crazy outdated, but most importantly, you can’t find some important information like your own prescriptions and purchases. No obvious information about the pharmacies that are sending medication, no notification or tracking. They use different platforms for different things, and you also sometimes receive emails but those go to spam because it’s another random email address. It’s very frustrating.

Base town in Sicily for 5 nights

Hello! I will be in Sicily at the end of May. Female traveling solo. I am considering Taormina because of the scenery, and because I read is lovely at night to walk around and there are live music options. But the crazy crowded beaches and crowds from cruises is making me doubt it. I don’t mind a touristy place but I never experienced a small town with cruise crowds and that really sounds terrible. I will have a car and will try to hike Etna and do a wreck dive nearby. I could also drive for a day trip to another town. Recommendations on an alternative base town for these kind of activities, and not too dead at night with live music options? Or is Taormina the best choice in this case? Also, if you can recommend a tour/guide and tips on the Etna hike, and a beautiful beach for a beach day, that would be great.
