Cube Nuroad Ex S vs M hesitation (1m76 and 85cm inseam)

Hi everyone,

I am quite interested in ordering the new Cube Nuroad Ex 2027. I used the online sizing tool on the official Cube website and it puts me right into between a size S and M (leaning more towards M mentioned on there)

Anyone that has experience with the bike and its sizing?

Thanks in advance!

Canyon Grizl 5 S vs M hesitation (1m76 and 86cm inseam)

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I went to a Canyon store to try out the Grizl 5 in S and M, as I was very hesitant about the size even though the Canyon charting puts me in the S category (a bit leaning to M). Here were my findings:

S:
- bike felt a bit sharper/nerveous in steering
- I was leaning a bit over the steering (I dont know if that is good or bad)
- seat post was set to quite high
- handle reach felt oke

M:
- handle reach felt also oke but might be on the edge I think for long rides
- I was sitting on edge of seat a bit (I dont know if this maybe is a minor issue that can be fixed by sliding the seat forward)
- steering felt less nervous but then at the same time a bit more clumsy when doing short turns in the gravel

I am quite new to biking so I don’t know what to make of these findings. The guy from the store told me M might be better, but I am in the S chart which i read online is quite accurate. I also read everywhere it is better to have a smaller bike than a bigger one.

Any advice?
