How can I expose my neighbour for recording children with no proof.
My neighbour (a man in his late 50s early 60s) lives with his partner (lovely woman) and he has been recording children playing football outside his house on the communal grass area.
He moved in around 2 years ago and I always got a bit of a strange vibe off of him but was never rude to him. After living in his house for around 2 months I first started noticing him recording both girls and boys playing football on the communal grass area. He then later got a ring door bell which I assume he watches them on.
I do assume he has a bit of a drinking problem as people on my house have gotten spam called by him at 3am about something like our boiler being on and he sounded incredibly drunk on a Tuesday night.
He once messaged my mother after she took out some rubbish from inside our house to outside where we keep the bins. (She was wearing her Pjamas on a 2 second journey outside at 9am). He started saying inappropriate things about her stating “oh you do things to me when you dress like that” Knowing that she has a husband and young children.
I don’t know much about him except for the fact he is a bus driver and I’m worried he’s going to do something more drastic and serious.
