PLEASE don’t discover Baththa 6 months later on OTT

Watched Baththa and honestly… amazing. Wonderful.

This is what art is. This is what cinema is supposed to be. Not just something you watch and forget, but something that makes you feel, think, laugh, sit quietly for a bit after it ends.

This is the kind of cinema I actually want to spend money on. This is why I go to theatres. This is why I pay taxes 😭

And please don’t let this become another Meiyazhagan. We cannot keep appreciating good movies only after they’re gone from theatres.

Go watch Baththa in theatres. Be like Meiyazhagan if you want, but if not, at least become a Baththa. 😭

4 years in L&D — what should I actually know by now? [India]

4 years in L&D — what should I actually know by now?

I’ve worked across TNA, competency mapping, ILT, e-learning, LMS, GenAI training, assessments, learning analytics, campaigns, stakeholder management, etc.

But I’m curious — what are the things an L&D person with 4 years experience SHOULD know that aren’t usually talked about?

And what separates a mid-level L&D person from someone ready for a strategic role?
