Flight point devaluation?
Maybe I missed something here.
Last year I booked two flights on AA with a cash value of $1250 for 83k points.
This year, the same two tickets, cash value of $1242 is now 125k points.
Did something change when the CSR was revamped?

Barricade + Dimension
My lawn care company applied the second split rate of Dimension on 5/8/26. The past few years, even with this application, I've gotten quite a bit of crabgrass in one area of my yard and I'm trying to stay on top of it this year before it sprouts.
I'm considering adding my own application of Barricade now -- at 0.30oz/1000 sq ft. Will this help? Is it a waste of Barricade? Thanks!

Another brown patch question
What’s going on here? Zone 7a. LOTS of rain over the past week which is when these patches started appearing. Also lots of small mushrooms, but guessing that isn’t really anything to worry about?
