Someone posted their Winnie the Pooh mug to summon collectors... And I'm here
Previous owners renovated the bathroom and put in a freestanding tub. They've put a round tub right into the corner and left a gap large enough for water to splash into (I have small kids so it's inevitable) but too small to comfortably get a mop in to clean. What is an easy fix to cover the corner and the gap between the vanity cabinet and the bath??
A carpenter friend said he thought there might be some kind of industry standard header/topper/edging I could get. I tried googling what it might be called and I found bath rim deck (which further googling just showed me baths or spas on decks) or a bath drop-in (which are usually built during the installation process so it's custom fit). Ideally I'd like something to match the wood finish of the vanity cabinet but I just want something easy and/or inexpensive.
