Potential Starting 5 with LeBron

I’d play LeBron at the 1 here is how I think the rotation would look

PG: Lebron James
SG: Tim Hardaway Jr.
SF: Andrew Wiggins
PF: Giannis Antetokounmpo
C: Bam Adebayo

6th Man: Bobby Portis

Rest of Bench: Pelle Larson, Davion Mitchell, Simone Fontecchio, Ryan Conwell, Nikola Jovic

This would be a 50+ win team and a top 3 seed in the East.

Jimmy game 6 vs Lebrons

Feel like people forget Jimmy’s game 6 when Miami was done 3-2 against Boston in 2022 was just as good as LeBrons in 2012, man dropped 47 to Bron’s 45 feels like 2022 was the best Butler Heat team and j think if Strus 3 wasn’t discarded unjustly they would’ve beaten warriors

What does Giannis need to do in Miami to retire a consensus top 10 Player?

In my view 1 more ring and finals MVP + a regular season MVP could do it combined with 4 more All-Stars and All-NBA selections, also has a realistic shot at 30k points, 10k rebounds, 5k assist

The Venus Mission

Seems like such a cool idea but as a fan of FAM does not seem like its gonna end well for the crew if they end up launching. Wonder if Sasha will go away for 9 months and his wife we'll have a kid when he's back.

As someone pointed out Sasha is Lenya's dad the Lenya actor is 47, so him being born in 1970-1971 lines up with FAM timeline well.

Top 20 Heat Players All Time

Gonna be a lot of debate with this one

1. Dwyane Wade
Easy choice at No. 1.
Three championships, Finals MVP, franchise leader in nearly every major category.
The face of Heat basketball.

2. LeBron James
Highest peak of any player to wear a Heat uniform.
Four Finals appearances, two championships, two MVPs while in Miami.
Only reason he’s not No. 1 is longevity.

3. Jimmy Butler
Two Finals runs and one of the greatest playoff performers in franchise history.

4. Alonzo Mourning
First true superstar in franchise history.
Hall of Famer and cultural foundation for Heat toughness.

5. Bam Adebayo
Already one of the greatest Heat players ever.
Multiple All-Stars, perennial All-Defense. 83 points.
Likely climbs higher before retirement.

6. Shaquille O’Neal
Key piece of the 2006 title.
Peak was mostly elsewhere, which keeps him outside the top five.

7. Chris Bosh
Sacrificed personal stats for championships.
Crucial member of the Big Three.

8. Goran Dragić
Led the 2020 Finals team.
One of the most beloved Heat players ever.

9. Tim Hardaway
Hall of Famer.
Leader of the late-1990s contender teams.

10. Udonis Haslem
Ranking depends on how much you value culture and longevity.
Not a top-10 player by talent but unquestionably top-10 by franchise impact.

11. Tyler Herro
Already surpassed many Heat players statistically.
Could move into the top eight with several more strong seasons.

12. Glen Rice
Original franchise star before the Mourning era.

13. Eddie Jones
Outstanding two-way player during Miami’s early contender years.

14. Mario Chalmers
Often underrated due to playing alongside stars.
Starting point guard on two championship teams.

15. Jamal Mashburn
Excellent scorer who helped bridge eras.

16. Hassan Whiteside
Incredible statistical peak.
Limited playoff success lowers his ranking.

17. Jason Williams
Fan favorite and starting PG on the 2006 title team.

18. Rony Seikaly
First true franchise cornerstone.

19. Shane Battier
Ultimate role player.
Huge part of the championship teams.

20. Mike Miller
One of the most memorable Finals performances in franchise history.

Honorable Mention’s
Rony Seikally

Shane Battier

Ray Allen

Bam’s Chance at 20k points and 10k rebounds

Given his current totals Bam would need to avg about 14.5ppg and 6.4rpg to reach these thresholds if he played 10 more seasons at 66 games a year.

I feel like that’s doable.

Bam was recently named to his 6th defensive team (1 first, 5 second) only 5 players have 10+

Seems like Bam has a punchers chance to join the list, he may set the unfortunate record of most defensive second teams (Duncan has 7, Bam has 5).

Players with 10+ include Duncan (15), KG (12), Kobe (12), Kareem (11), Pippen (10), ironically between the 5 of them only 1 DPOY (KG 2008)
