Fecalization of small intestine
My ct scan has consistently said fecslization of small intestine. Urgent care sent me to ER for CT scan again (this has happened 4 times). The CT scan showed heavy stool burden in all parts of colon and large ball in rectum along with fecalization of small intestine.
Soap suds enema had minimal output. Doctor said I can do miralax as many times a day as it takes to poop. I was advised my goal is to poop daily with toothpaste consistency.
I have tried miralax, linkess, senna, dulcolax, glycerin suppositories, fleet enemas with minimal results. I think I am having overflow because I ovassional pass foul smelling liquid poop in my pants but feel no relief. I never get the urge to poop the liquid seeps out but I can feel hard stuff that’s not moving.
It’s been about 2 weeks since I passed a solid poop and before that I was passing marbles for months.
My gi sucks honestly and I’m in an area with limited resources so trying to piece together what’s going on largely on my own.
Sit marker showed slow transit. Pelvic floor pt believes I have dysenergic defecation. Pretty complicated medical history, rare neurological disease has me largely limited to wheelchair.
