First new owners can’t figure out how to issue a check, now they can’t figure out how to issue said check correctly 💀
Here’s how the story goes:
Me: (while trying to do temp log) Finds out both lines are above or at safe temp. Then proceeds to text management about it.
Management: Tells me to keep the line lids closed.
*line lids shut about 5-10 mins later*
Me: checks temps again, still way over safe temp on veg side, that half of the line doesn’t even feel cold, I proceed to text them again.
So they go on and tell me “it’ll get looked at tomorrow stop texting and finish your stuff”. The part I’m mad about here is not only do they not seem to care much, but that lid has been closed that entire time except one customer. Even sticking the probe under the cambros with the lid shut is still too hot. So now I’m like “you know what I don’t feel like writing an essay two hours from close about an action log for every damn veggie and sauce in there”. So I’m like saying to myself, they can finish the temp log tomorrow too then if they wanna do that.
More context too: The quotes are re worded from the original wording but I can tell they couldn’t give two craps about it, and I basically got yelled at over the damn thing which just pissed me off more.
…and that’s one of the reasons I don’t ever do temp logs guys…
P.S: If I got anger issues someone feel free to let me know. Idk if this is even genuinely something to be mad about or not but it still made me rather mad regardless.

So I have a little rant today for yall in corporate but seriously I have a few things to say, why would you switch suppliers before giving them everything? Yall make us charge for water cups that cost probably nothing to give out for free, the stores lose profits with the amount of coupon purchases, when you can just simply lower the prices instead. The store order budgets are a joke managers can’t even get everything they need bro. Yall need more staff for franchised locations wym two maintenance people for 100+ stores yall insane? Also why do we have to do our own tech stuff? Subway needs some sort of centralized tech support instead of an hp contract. Also the cable management under every register I’ve seen looked nothing more or less like a rats nest. Also why must I ask, do we have doorbells that don’t work properly? Also why must I ask, is the portioning a joke? I feel bad giving customers the actual portions yall try to make us give them. And for the customers sake too, why don’t yall have a customer support phone number? There’s a lot of things customers come to the stores for that to be quite frankly honest, we can’t do anything about and only those far up in corporate can, like rewards account information editing or whatever.
Like come on corporate yall can do better than this. Also suggestion, automatic water line into the hotwell please lowkey getting tired of dumping water into it all the time okay yall that’s the rant. If yall wanna say anything feel free to.

So I heard at work earlier today that apparently Sub Krunch was discontinued. I’m not sure as to who even ordered it to begin with, but if yall like it yall better get it while supplies last.
