I am working as aCybersecurity analyst/ soc analyst for US based company for 2.5 yrs in total and looking for switching frim the past 4,5 months and despite being involved in all soc operations and also some devsecops related stuffs i am unable to get any interview calls.

Tbh it feels so frustating loking at my software engineer frnds being paid more and able to get a switch ,promotion probably every year.

Idk its just an issue with me in switching or its with everyone.
