i couldn’t grab the box’s but when i held it , it felt pretty normal i could barely feel the shell. had a bit of a shake to it!!

Hi guys, i’m a bit new to this so sorry if i sound dumb.
I’m a 20 year old girl and have pretty poor credit because when i was 18 i just maxed out a card and didn’t pay it. Then got another one through my previous bank, and had a debt of 1200 i avoided paying. I paid off the first one awhile ago, but i just started monthly payments towards the 1200 one.
I believe my credit score is 567.
I really want to work on my credit but im not sure how. I cant seem to get approved with any card, so i don’t know where to go from here. I was looking at secured cards but have heard bad things about them.
Please let me know any recommendations / help!
