Forehand Advice

Here are a few points from an official match. We were playing a super tie break which may explain the lack of movement, and it was also extremely hot. I’d really appreciate any feedback or advice on my forehand both the technique and anything else you notice. I only started playing tennis last November so I’m still very much learning and looking to improve.

Forehand advice ?

The drill was about turning a neutral down-the-middle ball into a deep cross-court shot aimed at the small red target area I set up with cones.
I’ve been working on creating more angle on my shots because I realized that during rallies I tend to play too much through the middle of the court. I think part of the reason is that I was hitting almost everything from an open stance, so today I tried using a more semi-open stance instead.
I know I’m still making contact too late and letting the ball drop too much before hitting it. I probably need to take it earlier, but if you have any other advice or technical feedback, I’d really appreciate it.
