Would these welds pass or should I not use them?

trying to rebuild Milwaukee battery pack, and I made a hole thru the nickel with the spot welder, the cell underneath was not punctured. there are 4 welds alltogether, should I just redo that weld or leave it as is?

i dialed back the power and it seems to perform better no sparking

Coolant dust on side of reservoir

trying to figure out why there’s coolant dust on side of reservoir.when it’s cold the coolant gets near the bottom of LOW. the photo shown is when engine is warm
