I’m an incoming freshman at Wellesley, and I’m trying to decide if buying an iPad is actually worth it.

I’ve always taken notes in notebooks, and they work fine for me, but it seems like everyone online says an iPad is a must-have for college. For those of you who have used both, do you think an iPad genuinely improved your note-taking and studying, or are notebooks just as effective?

Most of my classes will be STEM-related, so if that makes a difference, I’d love to hear your experience. I don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars if it’s not actually necessary.

They were supposed to send a notification today. I haven't heard back. If anyone has applied would you provide more information about this program and how they function? I will apply next year as well if I don't get it this year.

Im an incoming freshman, I love to socialize and I like having friends. How is the social life at Wellesley? I did attend to Wellesley awaits and some of the students were not as friendly as I thought. Is it a competitive school with a hostile environment because of it? what are some tips that will help me succeed without feeling like its all competition?
