If a woman sees a man, is she going to think of he is either attractive or unattractive? If he is un attractive, would there be any point of that guy approaching her? If she got to know him, would a good personality change her opinion?

I guess my main question is, are women open to dating someone purely off the way they look? When does personality become a factor?
