I have secured a job south of Edinburgh and I am looking at renting a house in either Mayfield or Tranent.
Both towns appear pretty run down, however, which one is the nicer town to live in out of the two?

Dear all,
I have been offered a trainee ANP position in Scotland and an ACP position in England. Both MSc courses. However, ANPs in Scotland are band 7 and band 8a in England.
I am wondering if anyone has experience of working as an ANP/ACP across both nations and if you found the skillset and qualification transferable, as I am not sure why there is a pay disparity for the same role. I also notice Scotland does not use the Blue Badge.
