Resting HR and HRV

Hi all, im an endurance athlete and have been forever but weight has always been a problem and has gotten worse since having kids and turning 40 (lime bmi over 35, im not taking for vanity reasons). I have been on zepboud for almost 4 weeks. For the first week or so my HRV tanked and resting HR went up which I expected from everything I've read. But since then my resting HR has been steadily dropping and my HRV raising to the point that my HRV is now significantly elevated from my baseline (58-67 was 78 last night) and HR is below my typicaly range (48 to 51, 46 last night). Has this happened to anyone else? Anything I should be concerned with?

Garmin corrected swim distance?

Does Garmin correct the swim distance on tri mode if it figures out what distance the triathlon is? My ironman from last year and half from this year the swim measured spot on the race distance which seems strange.

Timing to start zepbound

My insurance approved me for zepbound. Planning to start after my 70.3 on July 5th. Should I start that night? or wait a week to allow my body to properly recover? From other posts it looks like sunday night is the best timing for the weekly shot after my long ride (Saturdays) and run (Sundays) of the week though I am planning to focus on weight loss not training for the rest of the year. Ideally can do a few more races but waiting tonsee how I feel on the shot first.
