how normal is it to keep someone totally underlevelled and benched?

this is more of a general persona question but i'm currently playing p3p and benched junpei for a few bosses and now he's like five levels below everyone else so i feel a bit guilty haha. this is my first time playing a main persona game in years so i'm wondering if it's worth the investment to grind exp for him.

Are patients expected to ask for a diagnosis?

Without going into too much personal detail, I have survived traumatic experiences in the past that I eventually received professional help for. My family doctor prescribed me anti-depressants amongst other medications while I saw counsellors over the course of a few years.

As I look back, however, I did not take any tests or receive any legitimate diagnoses for depression, anxiety, PTSD, or anything similar; at least not verbally, though doctors have said something similar to "you must be depressed" or "you're showing signs of anxiety". I recognize that these are specific diagnoses so it's not like I think I have all of them, but considering my experiences, I can't imagine that I don't at least qualify to be officially diagnosed with depression. My issue is that without the diagnoses, the conditions are not listed on my health records.

This issue has come up recently as I was in a car accident earlier this week and injury lawyers and insurance is trying to determine what pre-existing health conditions I had prior to the accident.

From what family and friends have told me, their diagnoses come from asking for them, so is that what I should have done and is that what I should do in the future? In addition, would it be possible to get a confirmation of the diagnosis years after the fact even if I no longer need anti-depressants?

If it makes a difference, I live in Canada.

Thought I was healing fine but ended up in a car accident. Just curious if anyone has insight to share.

tw: mentions of sa, car accidents, mental health issues, etc.

The long story short is that my first and only partner took advantage of me shortly after we graduated high school together. No one believed me as I had no proof, and quite frankly, it's hard to be around a girl with issues, so I very quickly lost everyone and everything. As this was right before the pandemic, the depression I experienced was worsened because I suddenly had this excuse to never leave the house, never take care of myself, never be around anybody.

My saving grace is my loving family, who I had the courage to tell years after what happened. They encouraged me to seek professional help, drop out of school, etc. to focus on myself. In the years since, I've gotten a job that I like, I've switched to a different college where I'll (hopefully!) be graduating next year, and I've made friends I like a lot. I still get nightmares, panic attacks, and such and I still struggle with being alone with male friends, but overall, I've made a lot of progress.

Idk if I've just been swept away by the promise of healing and happiness or whatever but I was in a car accident yesterday and while I'm fine, all things considered, I feel like I'm only spiraling back to where I used to be. I think I convinced myself that the worst thing has already happened and that life can only go up from there, but now I feel so scared and alone again. It really doesn't help that it's my birthday later this week, and I was so happy for it to come up because I haven't wanted to celebrate aging in so long. Like I feel like I got to a point where I enjoy waking up but now I'm just not sure again. Idk if I'm overthinking, being quick, but there's a part in my heart that feels like I must've been so horrible in my past life. That I don't deserve an escape.

Sorry if this is incoherent. Just wondering if anyone else knows what this feels like.

Having an issue with the app :(

After last night's update, my game hasn't started at all and I was wondering if anyone else has had the same issue.

The app opens, the logos play, the opening theme plays, etc, and it actually let me download the update, but after the "press to start" page, the whole page goes black. My id is on the bottom right of the screen, so it's not like my phone just shuts off. There's just no game 😞

I actually even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to see if that could fix things but it hasn't.

Pls leave suggestions of what I could do cause I wanna get Akihiko so bad lol
