Please login to Egypt eVisa Portal to update your required data due to Wrong Surname."
I'm not sure what to do now ? cz I need to resubmit in 48 hours I filled my fathers name in surname I read on trip advisor some asked embassy for the same they said to fill fathers name.

Can I change/update my DS-160 after paying the MRV fee but before booking biometric/interview appointments for B1/B2 visa based in India btw?

I haven’t booked any appointments yet (neither OFC/biometrics nor consular interview), but I may need to renew/reissue my passport soon, so the passport number could possibly change. Because of that, I’m wondering if I can submit a new DS-160 later and use that updated confirmation number after paying the MRV fee, or if the MRV payment gets locked to the original DS-160/passport details.

Has anyone in India done this recently with the new USTravelDocs system? Did you have to contact support, or could you just update the DS-160 number before scheduling appointments?
