please help ts is so confusing

tiss seems alluring cuz of fees, and the city. v convenient for me to travel even via train its close to home and its been my dream city ever since i remember

xlri idk people r crazy over it so i feel like would i be making a bad decision skipping it? also i think a lot of case comps are open for xl but not for tiss so opportunities wise also campus life wise it would be a better decision

thoughts?

me and my family are planning to go from 1st june to 6th june. so pls tell. we heard too much rain might happen so landslides etc and the rain might cause visibility issues for sightseeing so does anyone have any insights
