Decided to go back through the official photos released by Rockstar of GTAV.

Have we ever looked into why the license plate on the observatory loading screen is “EE2383”?
I can find no mention of this in the sub at all.

EE as in Easter Egg? We know the FIB is involved via the UFO’s. Weird that we have an FIB guy at the observatory with a weird plate. You can also see the alien face on the Maze bank from here. Plus the drunkdev saying to look out to the sea from here. (Hearsay, but still).

It’s not even Dave Nortons real license plate number in-game which can be confirmed. It’s also an “Official Use Only” government tag that’s not even in the game. The government vehicles in-game have SA Exempt tags. It’s the only place this tag exists at all.

The second photo is an official Rockstar promotional screenshot of the observatory. Sorry I took it on my phone, it is a real promo photo from R* and I can link it if somebody wants it. Notice anything weird about the light poles in the grass? Why are they placed like that? They aren’t even congruent first of all, and secondly there’s supposed to be 8 light poles, why are they only showing 4 here? Why in an official photo?

I think there’s more to this place. Not to mention the collision models somebody found in the code a decade ago. Maybe we have to shoot certain lights from a certain spot? I’m going to do some testing but wanted to push out a feeler post.

The eye depictions/glyphs at the Altruist camp and elsewhere...if you had to pick between these two options, which would you think is the correct one that they're referring to? I believe the second one is a perfect match to the ones on the mountain, but the first one matches the 3 Rockstar wallpapers too. Not saying that means anything, just trying to connect some dots.

I've been around this sub on & off for the last 11 years, and I'm not sure if I believe in anything anymore but I have a few last ditch efforts and things to look at just for fun. I was the guy that indicated the Maze Bank fountain was the Egg of life. (Huge_Dabs) I'm currently testing some Drunkdev theories and some personal ones in director mode and swapping back and forth as something to do to prepare for GTA 6. Not saying I believe him/them, but it's a good time to look into it.

I do hold some hope that the doomsday mural indicates 3 unsolved mysteries as I'm really not content with any of the "It's been solved" theories. There's always parts of these that are just so clearly grasping at straws. It's never a perfect solution.

I have a theory about lightening strikes lighting certain areas only. I'm going around the map taking photos to compare and contrast while in the helicopter. I'm trying stuff with the Space Docker like using the green headlights to maybe illuminate something. I believe the purple mural does infact relate directly to the Kortz center but more on that later. By proxy, yes, I also currently believe the green mural is the Bigfoot hunt.

Yes, I have seen the eye that spawns on certain days of the moon cycle that's also in the sky. I'm working theories on that as well, but I have not replicated it for myself yet.

How are we feeling? I know there’s been a few eye symbols spotted in the trailer as well. Do you think there will be a continuation, or new mystery? Do you think we will get answers on chiliad prior to launch? I’m excited either way.
