Screen stuttering and tearing when turning slowly on FH5
The monitor is 240Hz, but the game only runs at around 130fps, which I think is causing the stuttering and tearing. I tried capped the fps at 120 and enabling V-Sync, and the situation improved somewhat. Will this setting bring any latency?
