Is maintaining AI-generated content the next big challenge?

AI is already great at generating first drafts, but I have found that keeping AI generated content updated as requirements change is often the harder problem

Whether it is email sequences, documentation, or other workflows, maintaining consistency over time seems more valuable than the initial generation.

Do you think the next wave of AI tools should focus more on maintaining and evolving content rather than just creating it?

What part of customer communication takes the most time to manage in your projects?

One thing I did not expect when managing client projects was how quickly email workflows become another project to maintain.

The initial onboarding or lifecycle sequence is usually straightforward, but every time messaging changes, pricing is updated, or a new customer segment is introduced, someone has to go back and update multiple sequences. It becomes another maintenance task on the project plan. I have been experimenting with tools like Sequnzy that generate complete customer journeys rather than individual emails, and that approach seems to reduce a lot of the ongoing maintenance.

I have recently been testing an AI workflow that generates and updates complete customer journeys instead of creating one email at a time, and it's made me wonder if this is a better direction for marketing operations in general.

For those managing cross functional projects involving marketing or customer success, how do you keep email automation from becoming a maintenance headache? Are your current tools enough, or are you moving toward more AI-driven workflows?

Are you using AI for full workflows or just single tasks?

Most people use AI for isolated tasks like writing or summarizing but I am seeing more use in full workflows like onboarding follow-ups and multi step automation

The challenge seems to be connecting steps so everything stays consistent over time

Are you using AI for single tasks or full end-to-end workflows?

How do you prevent workflows from becoming maintenance projects?

I have noticed that creating a workflow is often the easy part

The real challenge starts when requirements change stakeholders request updates and processes need ongoing adjustments Over time maintaining the workflow can require almost as much effort as building it This is one reason tools like Sequenzy interest me they focus on keeping customer journeys and automations easier to update as requirements evolve

How do you keep workflows effective without creating a constant maintenance burden for your team?

A Problem I Did not Expect While Building a Micro SaaS

One thing I underestimated while building my micro SaaS was email automation

I thought generating emails would be the easy part The real challenge was creating complete user journeys that felt consistent from onboarding to retention

The biggest lesson I learned is that users do not judge a single email they judge the entire experience

What part of your micro SaaS turned out to be much harder than you originally expected?

Car Accident in Dallas, Compensation issue for vehicle damage

About 2 months ago, I was involved in a car accident in Dallas. The car belonged to my colleague. The vehicle was badly damaged, and I also got injured in the accident.

I have already received my personal injury compensation, but the compensation for the car damage has not been paid yet. Now my colleague is asking me to pay for the vehicle damage directly.

I’m not sure what I should do in this situation. Has anyone dealt with something similar or knows what the right steps are?
