I received shipping tracking & it shows my package is in the US already, but says it’s with a partner shipper & USPS is awaiting the package. Any idea on how this works? Never seen it show up in the US almost immediately.

Placed an order on their website, per the whatsapp text, mid week. Realized an error & have not been able to get in touch with anyone via the website or whatsapp. I have 3 numbers, ending in 3230, 9088, and 5632. Anyone have advice?
