We got out solar system installed yesterday, 3 total strings connected to the Solis 8kw inverter (2 MPPTs). On the app flowchart (pictured) we have 2 inputs. PV is logical enough, but what about AC Coupled? What is that? Surely it must be mislabled DC from solar? They dont seem to neatly match either MPPT1 or 2 either, for example when the sun came up this morning sometimes PV was higher than AC Coupled, but then 10 min later AC Coupled would be greater. Meanwhile one of our MPPTs is connected to a smaller string of panels that are largely out of the sun until the afternoon
Any thoughts?
I have 3 days in Vancouver in mid May, but Im happy to travel further afield.
I thought I would give float-plane flying a go, but everywhere is solidly booked. Now Im thinking perhaps a go in a DHC-1 or DHC-2, but dont know where I would find one.
Any suggestions for something interesting to take a flight (with instructor) in?
