DOJ postponed from July to February 2027
Hello everyone,
I'm a male candidate, and my initial DOJ in July was postponed to February 2027. They didn't even send me an email explaining why. I only found out during my last week of notice when I logged into the careers portal and saw that my DOJ had been changed.
I received my GC in March this year, and now I have to wait another seven months before I have the chance to join Emirates and by they way no even knowing if they are going to postponed it again or even worse, take the offer back. Honestly, it's taking a toll on my mental health because I can't plan my life with so much uncertainty and its kinda of unfair, that they dont even show some interest to inform me why my DOJ got pushed that far away.
Is anyone else in the same situation like me? Has anyone received any information from the onboarding coordinators about why this is happening? Is there even a slighty chance of being able to join earlier?
