Enjoying Forza Horizon 6 on the 8AI+

Got about 7hrs in on the game on the claw. I haven't even tried it on my desktop yet lol.Very impressed with the graphics. Pretty much just use the high preset. Took some screenshots of my two current favorites lol.

WiFi 7

The Claw 8AI+ is the only device that I own that can utilize WiFi 7. Currently it surpasses my desktop Ethernet download speeds since it can only go up to 1 gps which is something I need to fix soon. I had no idea WiFi 7 was this fast lol.

I'm not sure if I like it or not.

I'm sure a lot of people could agree the 8AI+ can be heavy enough to cause some discomfort depending on how you're holding it. Well I mentioned that to my wife and told her about this gaming pillow. I never really knew much about it but she took it as an opportunity to get me something because I never tell her anything I want in general. Well here it is and I'm not sure if I really like it or I'm using it wrong or something lol. It can be helpful in some playing positions but when it comes to just laying on my back and using it I find it awkward. Does anyone else have one?

Z1E Battery Swap

Well I ended up giving my old Z1E to my wife because I upgraded to the Claw 8 AI+. I assumed she was going to use it docked predominantly like the old Steam Deck but she's been using it in handheld mode. Well she quickly discovered the only negative about the Ally and that's the battery life. So I threw a 74Wh battery in it and surprisingly everything worked perfectly. There were no weird readings and discharged normally from 100%. I ran a demanding game max out the TDP and brightness until it reached 10% then I shut it down and charged to 100% again and all seems perfect. A lot easier to do than I anticipated. Got about 2hrs of gaming in with everything maxed out.
