i don’t get it

i’ve always had visual snow for a few years and i’d eat like shit, never drink enough water, never sleep enough whatsoever many all nighters etc… but i was the happiest person ever and the visual snow never was noticeable or worsened at all from any of that??? why is it all the sudden fluctuating so much

i’m lost man

i’ve had visual snow for a while now along with a vortex when looking up at a bright sky / surface, never has bothered me and have been the happiest person ever.. could pull all nighters eat unhealthy live my life doing anything i want and barely notice the static whatsoever even in pitch black rooms. now it’s just getting worse and worse along with migraines and i’m just tired of it, why is it progressing so much..

m16 wondering if this correlates and if i’ll get back to baseline

so i went through 3 weeks of extreme stress with derealization including little panic attacks where id sweat a lot and have an adrenaline rush, not eating, not sleeping on time, etc… and recently the last 2 weeks ive noticed worsening visual snow but the dpdr hasn’t really been a problem, ive had migraines, worsened snow, tremors… and i just want to know wether ill be okay…?

M16 need answers pls

so since july 25th my visual snow has became pretty noticeable and bothersome causing extreme stress and hyperawereness on it, but it hasn’t been truly really bad it’s fluctuated and went down and repeated the process which is weird in my opinion… but yesterday i woke up with my visual snow looking honestly better..? and then a few hours later i went to go grab food and noticed my hands were way shakier than usual, arms felt weaker, then this morning i woke up and visual snow honestly seems worse (i woke up 30 mins ago so i will make an update)

just want answers and hope, i’m only 16

i’m only 16 and here’s my story

2023 had light derealization for 3 months and defeated it /// developed tinnitus from an ear infection in april 2024 defeated it in 2 months down to a slight ring which i have been able to ignore and hasn’t affected me whatsoever, now i’ve had visual snow for a while now but it’s really not been noticeable only if i looked for it and even still i wouldn’t search anything up or be bothered by it sometimes it would look more noticeable but it would go away very quickly its been so easy to deal with that i don’t even know when i developed it /// recently in mid june i had derealization come back worse than ever to the point where i couldn’t eat couldn’t sleep couldn’t do anything was having mini panic attacks (sweating eternal doom thoughts etc) and ended up losing 15 pounds but that only lasted maybe a week and a half until it started getting better, july 25th to now i’ve experienced headaches everyday with different severities and eyesight sorta seems worse and since the start of the migraines i’ve experienced slowly worsening in the visual snow which has made me feel awful and hopeless i just want reassurance that this is non progressive and that ill eventually get back to baseline where ive been for the last few years, ive never been able to see it with my eyes closed or anything it’s been so good to me until now, i just don’t wanna lose my life and my happiness to this i have such a perfect and happy life (i have mild adhd, havent had any medications recently, don’t do any drugs only nicotine) please help me
