Lost 6 million blood echoes in research hall then went back to collect and died again before collecting 😭😭😭😭😭

My very first fromsoft experience!!
Is it normal to be level 110 by just arriving at mergos loft ??
I have a very aggressive playstyle, doom type aggressive and borderlands loot goblin so I’m at:
Vitality 50
Endurance 35
Strength 53
