Need Help With this Turkish Tea

Hi everyone!

I’m trying to identify a specific tea my mom bought from a bazaar in Turkey. She absolutely loved it, but we are a bit confused about what it actually is, and I want to find the exact name to buy it, as one of my friends will go there.

Here are the details of how it looks and behaves:

  1. The powder color and texture: It’s not a fine, volatile powder, and it’s NOT bright pink. As you can see in the first picture (on the spoon i found online), the powder is beige and has a dense, grainy texture. I know from the screenshot looks pink, but i remember 99% was more on the white/ light beige color.
  2. The bits inside: Mixed into the beige powder, there are small, dark, flat pieces that look like crushed seeds or chopped leaves.
  3. The color change: Even though the powder is beige, the moment you drop it into hot water, it dissolves and the tea turns a ruby red. Those flat dark pieces stay solid at the top, floating, and do not dissolve.
  4. The flavor: It was sold to her (or she remembers it) as "apple tea."

Does anyone who visits Turkish bazaars recognize this specific loose blend from the first picture? Gemini suggested they call Sultan Tea, but im pretty sure it's not. Or does it have another specific name I can search for online?

Thanks a lot for the help!
