What’s the dead hang rule on pull ups - are we doing it are we not, does it matter?
I’m alittle confused about all the information I read on here about pull form. Should I start from a deadhang or not? Does it matter, does it vary from person to person?

My very first sunflower bloom that I grew from seed!
I planted a row of 4 sunflower seeds & this was the only one to come to fruition. First photo is day 1 of bloom and second photo is what she looks like today!

Tennis knit outfit
Really bummed, for the price of these shorts and they snag so easily! First time wear and realized it snagged somehow! I did read on here how their knit tennis dresses snagged easily, so I’m just here to say, when wearing Alo knit anything be aware!
